Grind, Stain and Seal 5,520 sq ft Remodeled Space
GC: Findlay/Criss & Co. General Contractors
This 5,500 sf office space was remodeled for a new department. We stained the floor with a Walnut dye in two different concentrations to achieve a mottled look.
Grind, Seal and Stain Process

- Grind floor to remove existing glue
- Grind floor with 30 grit diamonds
- Grind floor with 80 grit diamonds
- Hand grind wall edges
- Patch floor
- Clean and fill joints
- Apply 2 coats Ameripolish Classic Dye in Walnut
- Apply Prosoco LS Densifier
- Apply Laticrete L&M Lumiseal FX Sealer
